Job Description:
Business Development:
Build enduring relationships with B2B partners, such as architects and interior designers.
Develop a continuous lead funnel through business development activities.
Liaise with B2B partners to close deals.
Ownership of Leads Until Closure:
Engage with HNI and UHNI clients (prospective and existing), understand their requirements, suggest the right natural stones and close deals.
Take full ownership of leads (generated through B2B partners or marketing channels) from the first touchpoint to closure.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Client Experience & Relationship Building
Curate and deliver a personalized luxury experience for every client interaction.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, acting as their single point of contact.
Develop a deep understanding of client lifestyles, design preferences and aspirations to provide personalised client service.
Drive repeat business and referrals by consistently exceeding client expectations.
Present and position The Quarry offerings through storytelling and experiential selling, not just transactional sales.
Reports and Analysis:
Track and review actual sales results and match them against the set business targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Continuously acquire & update understanding of industry dynamics & consumer buying behavior.
Periodic self-training for communication and closing deals with India's Fortune 500 families.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Atleast 10 years of experience in Sales & Business development.
Experience in luxury sales (home décor, real estate, automobiles, fashion, or other premium sectors) is preferred.
Passion for delivering uncompromising customer service.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with HNI/UHNI clients.
Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
